Will's first birthday June 2009
As mentioned in another posting this Sept. I am trying to catch-up with some events from the time I started this blog about a year ago. Plus no-one has viewed it because I haven't emailed anyone this site or I am trying to have Lisa post it on her Facebook page.
Here are some pics from Will's first birthday. Elmo was the theme. This Elmo which came was the same Elmo which came to Sami's 1st bithday back in 2000. Amaizing!

Trip to see Helen Aug. 2009
I didn't even realize that I had posted some pictures from this trip last year. So I will consider this as part 2 of our trip.
This was my first trip to my sisters in many years. We hope to make this a semi-aunnual event during summer break. My camera broke on the second day when we went to Mount Vernon. So many other D.C. sights are missing. Although Lisa and Sami had their cameras. My camera was fixed just before we left. So before we left I took some family photos. We had a great time. Will was a little bit of a handful. He was only 14 months. If we are able to continue this new tradition then hopefully as Will grows older it will be more managable.
Thanks Helen and Doug for allowing us to stay with you and for Kate and Eugene who were just fun to have them join us when they could. Enjoy the limited pictures. ( I could add more from Lisa's or Sami's cameras but I hope when we go again I will add some of the places we revisit.)

Indy 2010
The Indy 500 has been a long family tradition. Many of our family have since passed on and some just don't make the trek any more. It still holds fond memories from the past and we continue to make more memories with new generations as well. Please enjoy some of the sights from this year.
Below are some of my family members during and after the race.
